2. What paper do you use for your posters?
 

Our museum-quality posters are made on long-lasting matte (uncoated) archival paper. This poster paper is more yellowish (off white). It has a more "natural" color as it doesn't contain any optical brightening agents used during production. 

  •  Paper-weight: 200 gsm / 80 lb
  • Thickness: 20-25 mm /0.79"–0.98" and for the USA market thickness is 1.9 cm/0.75"

3. Are your papers sustainable and or/certified? 


Yes, we offer responsibly sourced FSC certified paper from sustainably managed forests. All our products are made with responsibly source and sustainable materials. We always strive to use responsibly sourced materials. Our printed paper products and canvases are made from paper and wood from sustainably managed forests with a sustainable forest management system in place. All products are produced in accordance with international and national product safety.

4. What poster & frame size options are available to purchase?

Our size formats are common in the wall-art space and matching frames can be easily found. Moreover, they also have exactly the same aspect ratio both in centimeters and inches (e.g. 30/40cm=0.75 and 12/16in=0.75) which means that your artwork won't be distorted in case of conversion.

5. What packaging do you use?

Unframed Posters

We use different packaging depending on the size of the poster as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to. We have defined the most efficient and damage-resistant ways to package our products to ensure compliance with local shipping requirements as well as the lowest damage rate.

Our standard packaging for posters is:
  • Tube for posters (up to 5 posters per tube)
Some exceptions are:
  • Tube with shipping roll in the following countries: DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT
  • Triangular/rectangular boxes in the US, Canada and Brazil
Framed Posters

The posters are placed within frames upon arrival. The frames come pre-packed with corners and wrap and then packed in a box with strong edges to protect the frames. I-beams are used in addition, to give the package additional sturdiness and for multi-item orders (max 3 frames in one package).

6. Do framed posters come already mounted together (frame + poster)? 

Framed posters from the our collection will come as a "Ready-to-Hang" feature to mount posters and frames before shipment. You can hang it directly onto the wall after receiving it.

7. What materials are frames and hangers made of? 

Our wooden frames are produced from natural pine/oak wood mounted with a shatterproof, transparent sheet of plexiglass (not glass) to frame the art. 

Our hangers are produced from natural pine/ash/oak wood.


Our wooden products may be made of different types of wood, based on local availability in the region of production. We strive to work with sourced from as close as possible, so as to reduce shipping distances and remain committed to our sustainability principle

9. What are your shipping fees? 

Please check the list of countries below for eligible orders. We focus on low-shipping rates to cater to all customers globally. 

Shipping within US: $9.95

Elsewhere: $9.95

Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway,  Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

10. What are your delivery times? 

All items sold are ready to ship from our  fulfilment centers located in 20 countries world-wide thanks to our network of print partners. 

  • Order will be delivered within 5-12 business days. 
  • All packages are sent with tracking numbers and parcel insurance.
  • International customers are responsible for any additional costs related to customs or duties.
Double check you've input the correct mailing address. If you have made an error in your mailing address, please contact us through our contact form.

11. What is your Return Policy? 

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products you've received, get in touch within 30 days after receipt and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution. 

Defective or damaged goods
If you receive defective or damaged orders, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products. Should you want to submit a new order, we will cover the costs of the new order.

Wrong Address 
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner and destroyed. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order. Please double-check if your address is complete and correct during checkout. 

Unclaimed Package
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print partner and destroyed. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Lost Package
We suggest that you confirm first with us by email that the shipping address was complete and correct and that you have got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
For the order to be considered lost, we might first need to confirm this with the shipping provider.

We will not be able to provide a refund or a complimentary reprint if the tracking link indicates that the shipment was delivered.

Otherwise for packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will reprint and ship a replacement order.
